Warranty conditions
Koller Pool products meet quality requirements and have a manufacturer's warranty:

*The warranty condition is the use of original legs for this type of bathtub, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Time for reviewing complaints
After receiving all the necessary data, the service manager will send the appeal to the factory's complaints department for consideration. The standard consideration period is 14 calendar days. In case of force majeure, the period may be extended to 30 days. After receiving a response from the factory, the manager will contact you to agree on further actions.
The warranty does not apply to:
- products with mechanical or chemical damage, or defects resulting from violation of the rules for installation and operation of the product.
- defects resulting from incorrect installation that does not comply with the installation instructions
- defects caused by improper use
- mechanical or other damage to the product due to unforeseen situations
- defects resulting from use of the product outside the bathroom in inappropriate or extreme conditions
