Warranty conditions

The following warranty terms apply to products purchased from Koller Pool. These terms represent a commercial warranty and do not affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable law.

1. Acrylic and Steel Bathtubs

Warranty: 120 months.

Condition: Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use compatible or original support components.

2. Front and Side Bath Panels

Warranty: 24 months.

3. Shower Cabins and Shower Doors

Warranty: 72 months.

Note: Does not cover consumable parts such as seals, magnets, rollers and similar components.

4. Components for Shower Cabins and Doors

Warranty: 24 months.

Note: Does not cover consumable parts.

5. Acrylic and Steel Shower Trays

Warranty: 24 months.

6. Shower Drains and Siphons

Plastic drainage channels (fixed elements): 300 months.

Replaceable internal parts: 24 months.

Plastic and brass siphons: 72 months.

7. Ceramic Products, Cistern Fittings, Toilet Seats

Ceramic body: 300 months.

Cistern internal mechanisms: 24 months.

Toilet seats: 24 months.

8. Bathroom Furniture

Warranty: 24 months.

9. Faucets and Shower Systems

Main components (body): 60 months.

Consumable parts (aerators, cartridge, hoses, seals): 24 months.

10. WC and Bidet Installation Modules

Fixed structural frame: 120 months.

Replaceable internal parts: 24 months.

11. Claim Processing

Claims are processed as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

In most cases, we aim to resolve claims within 14 days.

After receiving the manufacturer’s response, our manager will contact the customer to confirm the outcome.

12. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects caused by mechanical damage such as impacts, drops or scratches resulting from use.
It also does not cover improper installation not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Use outside the intended purpose or environment, for example outside a bathroom or in extreme conditions, is excluded.
Damage caused by external factors such as incorrect water pressure, water hammer or contaminated water is not covered.
Chemical damage from aggressive or unsuitable cleaning agents is excluded.
Natural wear of consumable parts is not covered.
Use of non-original or incompatible spare parts is excluded.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered.
